The location near downtown was fantastic for walking, and the wraparound porch created a perfect chill spot after a long day. We loved sharing stories with other guests over coffee.

The Wi-Fi connectivity issues need addressing for better guest convenience!!! Additionally, the parking situation can be quite tight during peak times, which isn't ideal for those traveling by car!!!

I loved the cozy Deluxe King Room! The breakfasts were absolutely divine, with Lisa's rotating menu making each morning special. Only downside was occasional Wi-Fi issues. Can't wait to return! 😍

spencer house bed & breakfast is a gem! the location is super close to presque isle state park, perfect for biking and beach days. the breakfasts were amazing, especially accommodating my special diet, and steve and lisa's hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
